Shipping

Our card decks are produced in small batches to avoid waste, so orders ship in 4–6 weeks. We ship to the US and Canada. Shipping is $4.95 per deck, capped at $9.90 per order.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, email support@passfilter.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Privacy

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your email and shipping address are used only to fulfill your order. Newsletter signups are handled by Substack.

We use PostHog, hosted in the United States, for cookie-free website analytics: page visits, traffic sources, card interactions, and selected clicks such as adding a deck to your cart or starting checkout. Its servers briefly process your IP address and browser information to calculate a daily identifier specific to this website. We do not create identified user profiles or track you across websites.

We do not record sessions or send your email, shipping address, payment details, checkout identifiers, or writing from the Midcent demo to analytics. URL query strings and fragments are excluded; simple campaign labels are retained separately. Analytics events are retained for up to one year. We honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals. Our analytics stores no cookies or identifiers in your browser storage; the shopping cart uses local storage to remember your selected decks. See the PostHog privacy policy.
